1. Shall the team that drafts Shohei Ohtani be awarded the pitcher and the hitter version of the players?
Yahoo will treat Ohtani as two separate players. If he is treated as one player, the drafting team will have to roster both players at all times or neither. The team will not receive an extra roster, DL, or NA spot.
2. Shall the league increase the transaction limit from 60 to 75?
This change reflects the increased use of transactions last year due to the shorter DL designations.
3. Shall the league add a second NA spot? The league currently has one such spot.
4. Would you be in favor of adding a 7th keeper that is a minor leaguer for the 2019 season?
We would have a separate vote later on how to determine what players qualify as a minor leaguer. Would not start until 2019.
